My Portfolio
HalalBytes

HalalBytes is a project I worked on during my first hackathon, where we won Best Beginner Hack! My team and I tackled challenges with API calls, Firebase Real-Time Database, and trying to integrate the two smoothly. Despite initial struggles, we pushed through with persistence and teamwork, ultimately reaching the prototyping stage. It was my first time using Figma, which proved to be an invaluable tool for visualizing our ideas and iterating on designs. The experience was both challenging and rewarding, giving me a deeper appreciation for both development and design.
Girls Who Code – College Mentor
As a college mentor, I planned a fall coding event and continue to a spring campus visit for high school clubs, providing students with opportunities to explore coding challenges, college life, and tech careers. I also engage in speed networking events with corporate partners to learn about various career options. Additionally, I am involved in financial literacy initiatives to better plan my future financial goals.

Ubiq Insider Program

I had the exciting opportunity to join the Ubiq Insider Program, where I got firsthand experience with Ubiq — an innovative spatial media platform that turns digital memories into immersive 3D environments.
During my time with the program, I had the chance to:
💡Test features like spatial storytelling and provide input on privacy settings
💡Work alongside the team to brainstorm UI/UX solutions that improve the app’s overall design and usability
💡Learn how emerging technologies are reshaping how we capture and relive memories
Standard Chartered Bossgirls Program
Being a Bossgirl, I discovered my passion for entrepreneurship through problem-solving, market research, and competitor analysis. Along the way, I learned how to price and prototype products, as well as the process of creating an LLC for a business. I also had the opportunity to connect with inspiring female entrepreneurs and gain valuable insights from Standard Chartered mentors. To top it off, I collaborated with a team to deliver a pitch for a sustainable fashion company, further strengthening my business and presentation skills.

Google CSSI

I participated in a four-week intensive CS summer program designed for high-achieving students, where I completed a project-based curriculum in HTML/CSS taught by Google engineers. Throughout the program, I attended live sessions on product design, resume building, and software development, gaining valuable industry insights. To conclude the experience, my team and I delivered a collaborative final project presentation, including a live demonstration to Google.
Girls Who Code – Self-Paced Coding Program
I participated in a 6-week course that included projects using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, where I created modules like a personal portfolio and a personality quiz. I also utilized my web design skills to successfully develop a website aimed at promoting social good. Throughout the course, I attended live sessions and interacted with advisors, gaining hands-on experience. Upon completion, I received certificates for beginner-level proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
